LNG Vaporization System

LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is transported to the vaporization station in cryogenic tank trucks. At the unloading platform, the tank truck's onboard pressurizer pressurizes the storage tank, and the pressure difference forces the LNG into the LNG storage tank. During vaporization, the LNG is pressurized by the storage tank pressurizer and then flows by gravity into the ambient air vaporizer.

During vaporization, the LNG is pressurized by the storage tank pressurizer and then flows by gravity into the ambient air vaporizer. The LNG undergoes a phase change, becoming gaseous natural gas. In summer, it directly enters the pressure regulating and metering system and is fed into the pipeline network. In winter, it passes through a water bath heater before entering the pressure regulating and metering system, and only after meeting the distribution standards is it fed into the pipeline network.

After the LNG is unloaded from the tanker, there is still natural gas. This gas, along with the evaporation gas from the storage tank (BOG), exchanges heat with the air through the BOG heater and is then incorporated into the system.
